Egypt’s premier marine reserve, famous for crystal-clear waters, vibrant coral reefs, and some of the world’s best snorkelling and diving.
Located at the southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula, Ras Mohammed National Park is Egypt’s premier marine reserve. Established in 1983, it protects vibrant coral reefs, mangroves, desert landscapes, and diverse marine ecosystems within the Red Sea.
The park is internationally renowned for snorkelling and diving, with sites such as Shark Reef and Yolanda Reef offering exceptional underwater visibility and rich biodiversity. Over 1,000 species of fish and hundreds of coral varieties inhabit these waters.
Ras Mohammed provides a different side of Egypt — not ancient monuments, but natural beauty and adventure — making it especially popular with UK visitors seeking sun, sea, and world-class diving experiences.
